Refund and Returns Policy

At EcoPhoriaShop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase.
  • The product is not marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable (e.g., opened personal care items or perishables).

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ecophoriashop.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened skincare, food, or personal hygiene products.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@ecophoriashop.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
